Miguel M. Santos joins Oregon Pacific Bank as Senior Trust & Business Development Officer dedicated to the Portland market. With nearly 15 years of experience serving Portland-area clients, Miguel was drawn to OPB for its community banking culture and commitment to personalized client service. He looks forward to using his local network and market knowledge to expand the Bank’s trust and wealth management presence in Portland.
A former estate planning attorney licensed in both Oregon and New York, Miguel brings a unique combination of legal, fiduciary, and wealth management expertise to his role. He previously served as Senior Fiduciary Strategist at Key Private Bank and Senior Trust Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management. Miguel holds a Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, and is an Accredited Trust and Financial Advisor (ATFA). He is a member of the Estate Planning Councils of Portland and Southwest Washington, and the Oregon and New York State Bars.
Miguel serves as Vice President of the Board for Guardian Partners, a nonprofit supporting vulnerable adults across Oregon. He lives in Portland with his wife and two daughters, and outside of work enjoys traveling with his family, running, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding.
