Al Rojas moved to Florence from Phoenix, Arizona, drawn by the area’s friendly community, scenic beauty, and small-town charm. Starting as a receptionist at Oregon Pacific Bank, Al worked his way up to become the Florence Branch Manager, overseeing branch operations and ensuring exceptional service for customers.

Al values OPB’s community involvement and has embraced opportunities to give back. He serves on the board of the Oregon Coast Florence Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Florence Foodshare.

In addition to his banking career, Al is an active DJ, performing at weddings and community events. He enjoys building relationships with clients and contributing to the vibrant Florence community.
