Before You Apply

Qualifications to apply for a small business loan online:

Minimum 2 years in business and under current ownership
Personal guarantee of all 20%+ owners (minimum of one natural person guarantee or co-borrower)
1^st position lien on pledged collateral
Business must operate within Oregon Pacific Bank’s service area; west of the Cascades.
Maximum Line of Credit and Term loan amount of $250,000; maximum CRE loan amount of $350,000.

What we need to get started (minimum):

2 years most recent business tax returns
Most recent month end Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement
2 years most recent personal tax returns for each guarantor
Current Personal Financial Statement (PFS) for each guarantor

What to expect:

You may save your application and return to it at a later time using the link provided in the registration email from sbls@opbc.com.
Once your application has been submitted, you will hear from one of our Commercial Relationship Managers who can assist with gathering any additional documents that may be needed and answer any questions you may have.
Some of our loans require autopay from an Oregon Pacific Bank or other external business checking account.
