Tom Skinner joined Oregon Pacific Bank in November 2019 as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Team Leader, bringing over 15 years of banking experience and 11 years in the manufacturing industry. He values OPB’s local decision-making approach, which allows him to work closely with clients and address their needs efficiently.

A Grants Pass native and Hidden Valley High School graduate, Tom earned his degree from Indiana University before returning to Oregon to raise his family. He appreciates Medford’s scenic beauty and enjoys hiking with his wife and their rescued dogs.

Tom is dedicated to community service, having served as Vice Chair of the Directors Community Health Foundation at Providence Health & Services, a board member for the Red Cross, and a member of the SOREDI loan committee. He looks forward to continuing to grow OPB’s presence in Medford and delivering exceptional client service.
