Lance Rudge joined Oregon Pacific Bank in October 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in banking and business transformation. With expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development, Lance drives the Bank’s growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining Oregon Pacific Bank, Lance held leadership roles at a national bank, overseeing $11 billion in deposits and loans, 86 branches, and 600 employees. His leadership improved employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and he is recognized for implementing innovative strategies that promote continuous improvement.
Lance holds a degree from the Consumer Banking Association’s Executive Banking School and serves on the Executive Board for Make-A-Wish. He volunteers with organizations such as the Oregon Food Bank and SOLVE.
Lance values the personal connections fostered by community banking. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, photography, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
