Aaron serves as the Operations Team Lead for Oregon Pacific Bank’s Florence Branch and brings more than 13 years of experience in banking to his role. He joined OPB five and a half years ago and has grown his career through several frontline and operational positions within the branch.
Aaron began his journey at Oregon Pacific Bank as a Teller, later moving into New Accounts, where he developed strong customer relationship and operational knowledge. His progression into the Operations Team Lead role reflects his broad understanding of branch operations, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both customers and team members.
Prior to joining OPB, Aaron spent eight years working at another financial institution, gaining experience across multiple areas of banking. This combined background allows him to approach operations with a well‑rounded perspective and a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service.
