At Oregon Pacific Bank, we’re committed to providing exceptional service. As part of that commitment, we’re upgrading our trust accounting and investment platform on this fall to deliver a more modern, secure, and user‑friendly experience. No action is needed at this time.
What’s Changing—and Why It Matters
We’re introducing a new trust account and investment system designed to deliver:
- Clearer, more detailed statements to help you stay informed
- Improved online access through a modern client portal and mobile-friendly access for convenient, anytime visibility
- Enhanced technology to keep your information safe and your experience seamless
These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and to providing the personalized service you expect from Oregon Pacific Bank.
What Our Trust Clients Need to Know
- No action is required from you. Your account name will remain the same, and your local OPB contacts will not change.
- Your account number will keep its core digits but may appear in a new display format on statements and online.
- You’ll receive step-by-step instructions by email in late October to help you log in to the new client portal.
- The new statement format will begin with your November 2025 statement, giving you a clearer view of your account activity.
When Will This Happen?
The transition to our new system is scheduled for early November 2025. We’ll share more details as we get closer, so you know exactly what to expect.
To ensure a smooth upgrade, client‑initiated asset buys/sells and cash distributions will pause from October 28 through November 3 and resume on November 4. If you anticipate a cash need during that window, please contact your Trust Officer in advance so we can help you plan accordingly.
Stay Informed
Trust clients, watch your email and mailbox for updates in the coming weeks. We’ll provide everything you need to make this transition smooth and simple.
