🕑 New Year’s Eve: Closing early at 2 PM | New Year’s Day: Closed all day

Please note, we have adjusted the processing times for our early closure date (12/31) as follows:
- ACH files, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) deposits, and Mobile Deposits will be processed at 2:00 PM PT instead of 4:00 PM PT.
- Foreign Wires in Foreign Funds must be submitted by 10:30 AM PT for same day processing.
- Domestic Wires and Foreign Wires in US Dollars must be submitted by 1:00 PM PT for same day processing.

Each year, Oregon Pacific Bank accepts applications from local seniors to be awarded educational scholarships. See the information below for details and eligibility guidelines for the Oregon Pacific Bank Scholarship, the Geraldine Bagley Scholarship, and the White Memorial Scholarship!

Oregon Pacific Bank Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1981 to encourage and recognize outstanding high school seniors in our communities. We award one scholarship for the amount of $2000 to applicants in the current year graduating class in the following schools or geographic areas: 

  • Siuslaw/Mapleton
  • Douglas County
  • Coos County
  • Jackson County
  • Eugene/Springfield
  • Tigard/Tualatin

Applications for the Oregon Pacific Bank Scholarship closed for 2025.

To be considered for this scholarship you will need to download and complete the fillable application form. Please thoroughly review Eligibility Requirements at the beginning of the application form before you begin

Oregon Pacific Bank Scholarship Application

Applicants will need to have the documents below available to upload as part of the online application form. Please include your name in the title of each submitted document.

  • Grade Transcript from your current school
  • TWO letters of recommendation written & SIGNED by someone not related to you
  • A personal essay – see application form for details
  • Please include your name in the title of each submitted document.
 

Applications that do not contain all of the requested items will be incomplete and will not be considered.

Submit all completed application materials once the application window is open.

Applications for the Geraldine Bagley Scholarship are closed for 2025.

Geraldine Bagley Scholarship Application

Applicants will need to have the documents below available to upload as part of the online application form. Please include your name in the title of each submitted document.

  • Grade Transcript from your current school
  • Student Aid Report / FAFSA Report
  • TWO letters of recommendation written & SIGNED by someone not related to you
 
The Bagley Foundation Scholarship was formed upon the death of Ms. Bagley and provides up to $20,000 to support graduating seniors from Siuslaw or Mapleton High Schools.

Geraldine Bagley Foundation Scholarship

Geraldine Bagley held a deep belief in the transformative power of higher education. She felt that every academically capable student, regardless of financial circumstances, deserved the opportunity to pursue college.

White Memorial Scholarship

Established by Alice & Mason White and administered by Oregon Pacific Bank, the White Memorial Scholarship Fund supports Oregon high school graduates in their pursuit of higher education. Each scholarship awarded is $5,000.

Applications for the White Memorial Scholarship are closed for 2025.

White Memorial Scholarship Application
