Amber White serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oregon Pacific Bank and Oregon Pacific Bancorp and is a Director of both entities. Since joining the Bank in 2017, she has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and President.
Amber’s career in community banking spans more than seventeen years and includes leadership and financial management experience at multiple Oregon financial institutions as well as public accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, she is active in the banking industry through her service with the Oregon Bankers Association and currently serves on the board of directors of Community Banks of Oregon. In 2021, she received the OBA Presidential Award for outstanding leadership and was later selected for the OBA Rise Above the Restâ„¢ Scholarship, supporting advanced banking and leadership studies through Pacific Coast Banking School and the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
Amber graduated cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children’s sports activities, and playing tennis.
