James Atwood serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Oregon Pacific Bank, overseeing lending and compliance operations while focusing on building long-term client relationships. With 18 years of banking experience, James specializes in helping businesses grow and transition through generations, creating tailored solutions for success.
James has called Eugene home since 1996 and is an Oregon State University graduate, where he pitched for the Beavers’ baseball team. Active in the community, he has served on the boards of the Eugene Family YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, and Eugene Challengers, and enjoys guest lecturing at the University of Oregon.
In his free time, James volunteers as a youth sports coach and enjoys golfing, RVing with his family, and attending local sporting events. He is dedicated to fostering relationships that help businesses and communities thrive.
