David Rice leads Trust & Wealth Management at Oregon Pacific Bank, bringing two decades of fiduciary leadership and client service to families, businesses, and nonprofits across Oregon. His experience includes senior roles at U.S. Bank in Portland (Senior Trust Managing Director), Trust Point (Senior Fiduciary Officer), and Resonant Capital Advisors (Director of Client Experience & Client Service). He holds a B.S. in History & Economics, a J.D., and an MBA, all from the University of Wisconsin.

Known for translating complex financial matters into clear, confident plans, David focuses on long-term stewardship, fiduciary responsibility, and relationships that stand the test of time. Drawn to Oregon Pacific Bank’s community-rooted, client-first approach, he is committed to helping clients focus on what matters most while OPB delivers trusted guidance and attentive service.
