Born and raised in Jackson County, Dawn Hartley serves as Vice President and Relationship Banking Officer at Oregon Pacific Bank’s Medford branch. With over 20 years of banking experience, Dawn joined OPB to help launch its Medford branch, drawn by the Bank’s strong reputation and Oregon-based community focus.
Opening just before the pandemic, Dawn and her team played a vital role in supporting local businesses through federal Paycheck Protection Program loans, helping preserve jobs and strengthen the community.
Dawn is active in the community, serving on the board of Southern Oregon Humane Society and previously completing a seven-year term on the board of Community Works, an organization supporting individuals affected by domestic violence.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, and embracing Jackson County’s four-season beauty. She is passionate about helping clients and giving back to her community.
