Katherine Ledson joined Oregon Pacific Bank as Executive Vice President and Portland Market President in 2026, where she leads the Bank’s growth, client relationships, and team across the Portland metro area. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience in commercial and retail banking throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

Katherine has spent her career building teams and helping local businesses and the communities they serve succeed. Her experience runs across strategic planning, market and deposit growth, portfolio management, and talent development, and she is known for bringing people together around shared goals and following through on them. She’s drawn to the relationship side of banking and genuinely enjoys getting to know clients and helping them plan for what’s next. 

Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Emory University. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. 

She is a member of NAIOP, CREW, the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, and the Portland Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of the Classic Wine Foundation. 

Katherine lives in Portland with her two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, yoga, hiking, golf, cooking, traveling, visiting museums, gardening, and reading.
