Marci Laursen serves as Assistant Branch Manager at Oregon Pacific Bank’s Eugene Branch, where she has worked since 2018. With 18 years of banking experience, Marci values OPB’s personalized approach and the ease with which clients can connect directly with a helpful team member.

A Eugene native, Marci enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and co-workers, emphasizing OPB’s commitment to community and exceptional service. Before her banking career, she worked in restaurant management, bringing customer service expertise to her role.

Marci is passionate about giving back and has volunteered with FOOD for Lane County for over a decade, assisting with food preparation and service. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, and gardening, as well as cheering for the Ducks with her family.
