Rocio is a dedicated banking professional with over a decade of experience in the financial industry. She began her career at U.S. Bank in 2012, starting as a Teller and quickly advancing to a Personal Banker role. In 2017, she joined Banner Bank, where she continued to grow, earning a promotion to Small Business Consultant. In 2025, Rocio took the next step in her career by joining Oregon Pacific Bank, bringing her expertise in business development and lending to the team.

Beyond her professional experience, Rocio is deeply committed to financial education and community involvement. She serves as a Board Member at Consumer Credit Counseling, where she helps support financial literacy and responsible credit use. Known for her positive attitude and teamwork, she thrives in roles that allow her to build relationships and assist businesses in achieving their financial goals.

Outside of work, Rocio values quality time with her family. She and her husband stay busy with their three daughters—a teenager and twin toddlers—who keep life full of excitement and joy.
