Troy Reichenberger serves as Senior Vice President, Team Leader, and Commercial Relationship Manager at Oregon Pacific Bank’s Eugene branch. Since joining OPB in 2018, Troy has helped businesses of all sizes develop strategies for success, combining his passion for working with business owners and his expertise in analytical thinking.

Originally from Ashland, Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and began his career in the airline industry before transitioning to finance. He returned to Oregon in 2006 to raise his family closer to relatives.

Active in the community, Troy has served on the board of DevNW and is treasurer for Community Lending Works, helping underserved individuals and businesses achieve financial stability. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with family on the coast or in Bend.
