Two longtime Oregon Pacific Bank leaders step into new roles as we continue investing in the future of community banking across Lane County.
At Oregon Pacific Bank, growth has always been about people first. Today we’re proud to share two leadership updates in our Lane County market that reflect the strength of our team and our long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
Vicki Gray has been named EVP, Lane County Market President, a new role that recognizes her leadership and positions her to support both our Eugene and Florence teams. Since joining the Bank in 2018, Vicki has played a key role in our success in Lane County, and she will now help strengthen collaboration and alignment across the market while ensuring each community continues to receive the personalized service that sets Oregon Pacific Bank apart.
Kristin Short has stepped into the role of SVP, Relationship Banking Team Leader in Eugene. Since joining the Bank in 2018, Kristin has been a dedicated advocate for clients and teammates alike. In her new role, she will lead our Eugene relationship banking team, helping deepen client relationships and support the team as the market continues to grow.
For our clients, these leadership investments mean greater access to experienced local bankers and decision-makers, supported by teams that can collaborate even more closely across Lane County.
John Raleigh, EVP and Chief Lending Officer, sees the appointments as a reflection of Oregon Pacific Bank’s commitment to developing strong leaders from within. “Vicki and Kristin have each demonstrated the kind of leadership that makes Oregon Pacific Bank stronger: a commitment to their clients, their teams and the communities we serve. These new roles recognize what they have already accomplished while giving them an even greater opportunity to lead, collaborate and help shape our continued growth in Lane County.”
In Florence, Kim Erickson continues to provide the trusted local leadership clients and community partners have long known. Nothing changes about the local team or relationships Florence counts on, and this structure simply brings more connection and resources across the Lane County market.
These appointments continue the momentum we’ve been building in Eugene. Earlier this year, Joe Carmichael was named SVP, Commercial Lending Team Leader for the Eugene market. Vicki and Kristin’s new roles build on that same investment in strong, local leadership. Together with recent additions to our Eugene team, these appointments reflect Oregon Pacific Bank’s continued investment in local expertise, relationship banking and the capacity to serve a growing Lane County market.
“This is about our markets growing together,” says Vicki. “More consistent, more collaborative, and focused on where we’re headed. I’m excited to help our Eugene and Florence teams keep doing what they do best for their communities.”
Please join us in congratulating Vicki and Kristin. We’re proud to recognize their leadership and excited about what’s ahead for our teams, our clients and the communities we serve throughout Lane County.
